Blade Bonding Guide

• Always dry-fit the blade before applying adhesive
• Two-part epoxy recommended for strong, gap-filling bond
• Avoid excess epoxy, which can run through the air evacuation hole onto locking threads
• Keep acetone on hand to remove excess glue before it sets
• 5-minute epoxy works well for single round bar tools; use 20+ minute epoxy for square or rectangular blades
