  • When will my oder ship?

    We aim to have all orders out within 3 working days of receiving your order. Most ship next day.

  • When will the gouges be availble?

    We're still fulfilling backorders. As soon as we have extra stock, they'll be available on the website. It's recommended that you sign up for our "notify me when available" under all sold-out products.

  • Do your tools come sharp?

    Yes — every tool ships ready to use. Woodturning tools naturally need routine touch-ups on the grinder. For guidance, see our Educational PDFs, our sharpening videos on the Videos page, or take one of our classes.

  • What's your return policy?

    If something isn't right, email sales@stuartbattytools.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Please include your order number.

  • Do you ship internationally & are there customs fees?

    Yes, we ship worldwide via USPS. Delivery typically takes 2–3 weeks. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and vary by country.

  • Do you offer gift cards?

    Yes! We offer $25 - $250. If you want an amount we don't offer please email info@stuartbattytools.com.
